The Lady Cats finish their 2017 Fall Season in an odd way. The final round of the Landfall Tradition was canceled due to weather conditions and the tournament was called after only 36 holes. The Wildcats ended up in 12th and finished above No. 14 Florida, No. 19 Notre Dame, No. 28 NC St, No. 32 Clemson, and No. 38 Penn State. No. 4 Duke won the tournament, one shot above No. 2 Alabama.
The Women's Golf team finish the fall season with three top-10 finishes, a top-5 showing, and a 75.9 individual stroke average. As a team, they averaged 296.27 per 18 holes which would rank the season second-best in school history. The ladies will be back in action Jan. 9 against Florida Southern College.
